CattleDB will never send your records to me, and nor will
they be intentionally shared with any third party. When you visit this site, and when you
download CattleDB, some connection information including
your IP address, browser, system, and device information may be logged. The application may
occasionally send requests to my server to check for updates. These requests may be logged in a
similar manner. However, your CattleDB username, password, and cattle records will never be
collected or shared by me.
However, you should be aware that certain third parties may be able to read these records, including your Internet Service Provider, network administrator, etc, as they are transmitted over the network. This includes your username, plaintext password, and all of your records. For more information see the FAQs, "How Secure is CattleDB?"
